Non-Government Affiliation Statement

Learn Forklifts is a private educational resource and is NOT operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any Australian government organisation, including but not limited to WorkSafe, SafeWork Australia, or any state or territory regulatory authority. Training Limitations

Not an Official Certification

The training materials, courses, practice tests, and resources provided on Learn Forklifts:

• Do NOT constitute official forklift certification or licensing
• Do NOT replace the mandatory training required by Australian law
• Do NOT qualify you to operate a forklift in any workplace setting
• Are designed SOLELY to assist in preparation for the theoretical component of forklift license testing

Official Licensing Requirement

To legally operate a forklift in Australia, you MUST:

1. Complete accredited forklift training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
2. Pass both the official theoretical AND practical assessments administered by authorised assessors
3. Submit your Statement of Attainment to your state’s WorkSafe or SafeWork authority
4. Receive an official High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) for forklift operation

Our materials are intended as supplementary study aids only and completing our courses does not entitle you to operate a forklift legally in any capacity.
